The cumulative discount system for clients has been started-up on petrol station in Rybnitsa from the 1st of June, 2009. While purchasing fuel by the card 'Raduga' the client may receive a discount which depends on the amount spent for fuel,  which may reach 14%. Each time refuelling a car, its owner shall accumulate the total amount paid for fuel which determines the rate of the discount in the next month. The payment must be effected by the card “Raduga”. While purchasing fuel by coupons the client may receive a discount which depends on the quantity of  liters purchased within the previous month, and may reach 16%. The coupons are available for sale at “Sheriff” petrol stations in Rybnitsa.
