In June 1999 Sheriff Company and the world-wide Mercedes-Benz brand have signed a long-term agreement of cooperation.
It was not an occasional choice on the part of the world's most innovative car brand. The technicians had analyzed the activity of different moldavian and transnistrian companies. The results of this analysis enabled to recognize Sheriff Company to be the most dependable and advanced partner for a long-term cooperation. Due to the agreement terms the first regional Mercedes-center in Moldavia was opened; now this is an authorized service dealer and commercial representative of the Mercedes-Benz brand.

In 2002 the Mercedes showroom has started to work as a part of Mercedes Autocenter.
