- In 2003 Television has acquired a SWE-DISH fly-away system, combined with OB Van allows to shoot any live broadcast, either event or TV program and transmit TV signal of DVB format MPEG-2 (4:2:2). This station was registered by the largest european satellite provider Eutelsat.

Prize drawing
From 2000 we started to practise the encouragement system for subscriber fee by means of monthly prize drawing among our subscribers, which used to take place on TSV (ÒÑÂ) channel. Each subscriber who used to pay the subscriber fee systematically has a chance to draw a valuable prize.
We broadcast live prize drawing. During the prize drawing there is a panel show by means of the viewdata. Everybody who would get through and answer the question correctly will receive a prize. At the end of the year, in December, we have a New-Year prize drawing, awarding a super prize.

From April 2003 Multichannel TV is working round the clock. Popular music channels, informative, cinema and entertainment ones are on the night air.

Marketing Department performs regular researches of TV preferences of the subscribers, their attitude towards existing TV packages, channels rating. Viewing grid and TV packages consist is changing due to the TV subscribers’ preferences and opinions.
Digital TV
Current trend of television and radio broadcasting development is switch to digital transmission and information reception. This process is in progress all over the world. So, European countries are thinking to switch to digital transmission in 2009-2010, Russia in 2015. In Pridnestrovie, digital TV has been working from the 1st November.

It can be possible to transmit a lot more channels in frequency coverage with the help of digital TV.Sheriff TV’ subscribers could watch 24 channels (19 public+ 5 encoded from the Premium packet), but from the 1st November they can watch 64 qualitative and diverse channels. In spite of this fact, 16 channels will be available for all viewers in analog mode.
Digital cable receiver is a custom device for screening digital channels. Digital cable receiver was development by Sheriff TV engineering group. Shrewd choice of the operating company allows fixing up with available cost. Price of one receiver is 369 rubles (about 43 Dollars USD).
Subscribers, paying the Premium packet screening regularly, are able to change theirs decoders for new digital cable receivers without charge.
